Editorial policy
Golden Garden Review aims to give readers careful, readable articles about gardens and garden culture. Accuracy, clear distinctions and honest presentation matter more to us than grand claims.
Accuracy and sources
We check factual statements against suitable reference material and take care with dates, names and descriptions. Articles should make clear when a point is an interpretation, a general observation or a matter that can vary by place and circumstance. We do not present general editorial content as a substitute for tailored professional advice.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for their relevance to readers and the publication's subject. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage or a favourable view. Where a collaboration has a bearing on an article or placement, we explain that relationship in plain language.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or an unclear passage, please write through the Contact page and identify the article and the point at issue. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making significant changes clear to readers where appropriate.
Partnerships and illustrations
Material created with a partner and paid placements are identified clearly so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when used, they are identified as such. Illustrations are not presented as documentary evidence of a real garden or event.
