Write for us
Golden Garden Review welcomes considered pitches about garden design, planting, materials, garden history and the experience of looking at outdoor spaces. We value precise subjects, readable prose and ideas that give readers a fresh way to understand a garden.
What to pitch
Propose one clear subject with a distinct angle. Useful contributions might explain the thinking behind a garden feature, compare design choices, explore an aspect of garden history or show readers what to notice in a particular kind of space. Keep the scope manageable and make clear what a reader will understand by the end.
What makes a good proposal
Tell us the working title, central idea, intended reader and a short outline of the main points. Mention relevant experience or sources for the subject without overstating credentials. Pitches should be original, accurate and written for a general English-speaking audience; avoid sales copy, unsupported claims and material that depends on specialist or local rules.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. A concise pitch is enough; please do not send a complete article unless requested. Submissions are considered for fit, clarity and usefulness, and publication is not guaranteed.
